We are a technology-based non-profit association that helps songwriters, producers, and neighbouring rights holders — both Indonesian and foreign — register, administer, and collect royalties on their works through licensed Collective Management Organization (CMO) partners.

What We Do
Lintas Media Kreasi Nusantara acts as a publishing & rights administrator — similar to Songtrust (US), Sentric Music (UK), or Audiam. We:
- Register your works with our partner CMOs in Indonesia (e.g., WAMI, KCI, RAI, ARDI, SELMI) and with international CMOs (ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA, JASRAC, etc.) through reciprocal agreements.
- Administer metadata: ISWC, ISRC, IPI, writer splits, and publisher information.
- Track and claim royalties — performing rights, mechanical, sync, and neighbouring rights — owed by music users, via the CMOs that have collection authority.
- Distribute royalties received from partner CMOs to rights holders, less a transparent administration fee.
- Help foreign artists claim royalties owed in Indonesia (through Indonesian CMO partners) and conversely help Indonesian artists claim foreign royalties.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not directly collect royalties from music users (cafés, radio, hotels, streaming platforms, etc.). Collection is performed by LMKN (the statutory Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional) and licensed CMOs — we receive distributions through partners.
- We are not a government body, regulator, or statutory authority.
- We do not issue public-performance licenses — that authority belongs to LMKN and licensed CMOs.
Licensed CMO Partners
We maintain royalty-distribution agreements with CMOs licensed by the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The official partner list will be published here once partnership agreements are signed.
Legal Basis We Follow
- Indonesian Law 28/2014 on Copyright — articles 87–93 on CMOs. Article 89(1) establishes two LMKN bodies: LMKN Pencipta (composers) and LMKN Pemilik Hak Terkait (neighbouring rights owners).
- Government Regulation 56/2021 on Music Royalty Management (including the National Music Data Centre / SILM).
- Implementing regulations of Law 28/2014 and PR 56/2021 issued by the Minister of Law and Human Rights regarding CMO licensing and evaluation.
- Indonesian Law 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).
- Berne Convention & WIPO Copyright Treaty for reciprocal treatment with foreign CMOs.
Our Commitments
- Fee transparency: administration percentages are published and will not change without 30 days' notice.
- Annual audit: financial statements and royalty distributions are audited by an independent public accounting firm.
- Data protection: rights-holder personal data is processed in accordance with Indonesian Law 27/2022 — see our Privacy Policy.
- No use of data without consent: we do not store, process, or publish data of rights holders not registered with us under explicit consent.
